as per spec, the system-image daemon (even if waken up after a while)
will send an error message that will be picked up by the daemon. (it
just doesn't send anything right now)

To clarify what happens - the download completes and the UI is prompting
the user to do the install. If the user delays the underlying client
code looks like it closes a dbus connection after some timeout, then the
UI part fails because the connection is gone. So its all on client.
Just mentioning
I think this is due to the service side.
However, new system-cli daemon is just out (startinf from image 73). So
there should be no more issue of "system-cli timed out, I need to
restart from scratch (and ending up in a bad state)". There will be new
bugs, but this one should be fixed :)
