Public bug reported:

A white noise can be heared from both line-out (the red and white plugs)
and the phones exit.

The white noise started only some time ago (less than half a year) but I
can not remember when exactly it was and whether it was after an update
or not.

Muting removes the white noise.

Additionaly:
- When the volume is at ~9% in the sound dialog, I can not hear anything and 
the alsa mixer shous 0% at the master. But it does not go down gradualy, at 10% 
I can hear 10% and then at 9% the sound is abruply gone.

- This but might be a dulicate of #304656
