For me, Alt+PrtScr does a fullscreen-screenshot. That seems an other
issue. If you look into ~/.config/lxsession/Lubuntu/desktop.conf, there
is an entry like:
screenshot_manager/command=scrot
But there is no entry like "screenshot_window_manager". Also no entry in
lxsession-default-app. So, this
Attachmennt from comment #5 works like a charm.
Friendly notice:
1) using PCManFM, open /usr/bin/. now open path as root, and rename
/usr/bin/lxsession-default to /usr/bin/lxsession-default.old
2) download the attachment to your desktop. in my case, the attachment
is called lxsession-default.txt
I've fixed that, I think. Could someone double-check that?
Instructions: replace /usr/bin/lxsession-default with the attachment.

I can confirm that scrot is available from the command line, but the
standard hotkeys are gone. (This worked in Raring).
