i think a backport would be usefull, i'm on kernel 3.12 at the moment but it's
not very intuitive to install it and definitely not easy for a beginner.

It is not only problem of Asus X200CA notebook! This is problem with
Ralink RT3290 wifi adapter. HP notebooks have the same adapter and the
same problem.
