When trying to update for the first time in ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10, an
error command timeout and cancel the installation, the only weird thing
that I noticed is that he started down the transfer rate until it
stopped advancing, rare as I have no dedicated link to 6 Mb and could
continue browsing.
