I just updated mine and restarted gnome-shell but my keyboard shortcuts
are not working. I'll have to do a full reboot later but so far it did
not work for me.

Fixed as of 2013-11-12 for me and a friend! But I have no clue by what

Confirm this, after upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10 and Gnome Shell 3.10 via
gnome3-next do not work: terminal, screen locking, media buttons

I can confirm that most of the keyboard shortcuts in Ubuntu Gnome 13.10
with Gnome Next PPA install and upgraded to Gnome 3.10 do not work.
I can provide some logs, just point me into direction which logs are
relevant etc.
