Yes it's still an issue but it's uncertain if this is the correct place to
report it. It might be a bigger problem than what kubuntu can fix.

Hi.
I think (hope) that this bug was connected to "Kontakt/Kmail". That
was the intention anyway. How to connect to exchange from there isn't
a very straightforward process.
