Accepted libvirt into saucy-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/1.1.1-0ubuntu8.10 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

uploaded to saucy-proposed seems to be FTBFS for all arches ATM
