you can use hdajackretask to set Misc bit (MISC=NO_PRESENCE) bit 8 of pin default of your headphone and mic at ext front so that driver don't use jack detection on these two pin complex or change pulseaudio conf

Here is the log of pulseverbose. I do not know how to enable the tracepoints of alsa doing echo 1 /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/events/hda/enable. Even using sudo the terminal replies that I have not the permissions. I disabled the AutoMute function with amixer. The problem is still present.
