Public bug reported:

Issuing the command "designer" to launch the Qt4 designer immedately
leads to a segmentation fault ("Program terminated with signal 11,
Segmentation fault"). The application does not even start.

Ubuntu version: 13.10
libqt4-designer version: 4:4.8.4+dfsg-0ubuntu18

To reproduce the bug issue the following on the command line:

sudo apt-get install libqt4-designer
designer
