Mouse and touchpad are unable to select or click in application windows,
but are able to move the pointer. Menus are accessible thru mouse
operation and otherwise applications seem to work. However, other mouse
operations within the window don't work: clicking buttons, selecting
objects, repositioning cursor in text documents.
