Missing options for ltsp-update-image

It may be old, but the manpage has version for each release. On 12.04
(which is the latest LTS version), the options exist in the source but
not in the manpage. Adding this in will save people losts of time at
least.
Therefor I don't think this should be invalid, at least not for the
12.04 manp
The help output and the man page you're talking about refer to a very old LTSP
version.
Both of them have been rewritten last year, so they're already fixed.
Many of those options are not supported anymore, though, because other ways to
do things were implemented.
