The suggestions for hwtools and kernel-patch-badram were removed in cpuburn which is available in Ubuntu Wily, see [1]. The suggestion for memtest86 remains though. As I mentioned, it is available in Debian so I don't think it would have been right to have removed it from the list there. I did f
