Gnome-shell fullscreen windows minimizing on lost focus.

This happends if for eg:
- working in IDE and Building/Running app,
- working in IDE and running external tool,
- Alt-tabbing away from window,
- Running/showing other app using global key-bindings.
etc.

$ lsb_release -rd

$ apt-cache policy gnome-shell
gnome-shell:
