It was a really bad idea to do that.
Any full-screen'ed app displaying any dialog or window is minimizing.

I can confirm this bug in Ubuntu GNOME 14.04.
I sometimes want to use the terminal while playing a fullscreen video in
the background. This bug is preventing me from doing that.

This happends if for eg:
- working in IDE and Building/Running app,
- working in IDE and running external tool,
- Alt-tabbing away from window,
- - Running/showing other app using global key-bindings.
