I don't want to speak too soon, but unchecking 'undirect fullscreen windows' in CompizConfig Settings Manager (general/composite has worked so far. I've tried it in two Saucy partitons and one Trusty partition, and haven't experienced any missing windows decorations so far. I found this on a web s
