net-id=? I think it is same as what Horizon does when launching an

I follow the install
doc(http://docs.openstack.org/havana/install-guide/install/apt/content/). I
only do chapter 1 to chapter 6.
In my installing, I use commod(nova network-create --fixed-range-v4 xxx/xx

When using nova-network, Horizon does not specify network information
and selecting networks for a server launched is fully delegated to nova.
I tested server launching with nova-network, but no network information
was sent to nova according to horizon_error.log.
