I confirm this has been fixed.
Just forced upgrade Xubuntu 13.10 to Xubuntu Trusty and everything is
super fine now :)

This happened with me when I was trying to force upgrade Xubuntu 13.10
to Trusty few days ago and I think this will affect all the other
flavours as well.
