Menu Bar Not A
Using gthumb 3.4.3 on Ubuntu Mate 16.04.1 and I have no menus in gthumb.
No other program has the same problem.

3.1.2 is not a version that is in any ubuntu releases. Your issue is
probably fixed by 3.3.1, try it. This is invalid till then.
