NVMe driver is not memorymapped out of the box
To manage notifications
fwiw, I tested this before upload by attaching a disk to qemu using the
method described in the Canonical wiki and verified that I could access
the disk. Is this not a correct method of confirming the driver's
presence? Is the disk I was accessing somehow being mapped to a
different driver as a
$ apt-cache policy ovmf
