Public bug reported:

Restore defaults to suspend when laptop lid is closed.  Recently the
defaults have been changed to 'lock screen' when the lid is closed.  It
should 'suspend' whenever the lid is closed, like it used to be.

        xfce4-power-manager->Preferences->On Battery / On AC
        ->When laptop lid is closed->Suspend
