Well, Bios update did not improve the behaviour. But I finally upgrade kernels to 3.8 (after a complete backup) and no more freeze since this upgrade (http://askubuntu.com/questions/119080 /how-to-update-kernel-to-the-latest-mainline-version-without-any-distro- upgrade/142000#142000). So for me
