(http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download), select Dapper Desktop
Edition (6.06 LTS), choose type of computer and a mirror server, then
select the checkbox for the alternate desktop CD (underneath the Start
download link). You will find yourself downloading the plain desktop
live CD, instead of the alternate version as expected. However, this
works fine with Edgy (7.07).
