The only solution: restart

I merged this into alsa-lib now so users do not have to apply teh files
by hand to teh readonly images, please add further improvements you find
here or open a new bug

I've updated my first version a bit, so here is v2.
Changed some values to match the hammerhead file Georg sent to the mailing list
yesterday.
I can't really reproduce the "distortion" in sound, except when you plug in
headphones (the first thing played is distorted).

It's not working 100% and sometimes sound crashes or it contains "vibrations",
but the basics work!

The files are not final and i haven't tested everything
I also can confirm, sound is not working on hammerhead.
Digging around a bit I did notice that the soundcard is being recognized at
least, so maybe it's a config problem?
I also seen that alsa is not starting the audio mixer..
This is my first attempt at porting so I hope the info I just provide

There is no sound around the hole system... no systemsound, no notifications
etc.
i can´t call somebody because the microphone and the speaker are without any
fuction...
I´m looking forward to a daily useable build for our beloved Nexus 5 ;-)
