Public bug reported: This has happened the last three times Ive attempted Ubuntu installation. This time I tried logical volume install. Last time was just a regular ext4 install, and the time before was a btrfs install. No attempts have succeeded. I'm going to attempt to copy the image to usb again, and hope that it works, because it has done so, until very recently.
