Public bug reported:

Please sync gmerlin-encoders 1.2.0-5 (multiverse) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Use dh-autoreconf instead of autotools-dev to also fix FTBFS on ppc64el by
    getting new libtool macros (still updates config.{sub,guess}).
  * No-change rebuild against new mjpegtools.
  * No change rebuild against libav 9.
Fixed in debian

Changelog entries since current trusty version 1.2.0-4ubuntu1:

gmerlin-encoders (1.2.0-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  [ Jonas Smedegaard ]
  * Add README.source

  [ IOhannes m zmölnig ]
  * Use autoreconf to fix FTBFS on ppc64el (Closes: #733711)
  * Use hardening-LDFLAGS
  * Updated debian/copyright
  * Updated my Uploaders name (after gpg-key transition)
  * Bumped standards version to 3.9.5
