Keyboard always shows white when it launches after switch
this seems to happen when chinese-pinyin is set as the default layout
(after enabling only it and removing all others in system settings, or
by having multiple layouts enabled and selecting chinese-pinyin from
popup menu in the keyboard), and then launching an application.
