Matt and I discussed this and I've two possible patches. Evolution can
automatically spam filter providing either bogofilter or spamassassin is
installed, however not both together.
This patch is for spam filtering with bogofilter (because its in main)
and is very straightforward to setup.

Uploaded. I changed to section title to Spam Filtering (it's simpler,
and has the operative word first so the user will see it quickly).

Evolution uses the term 'junk' instead of 'spam' IIRC, should we follow suit?

This crossed my mind too, as did the company Spam and their hatred of
the term. Shall I change it?

I took a look at the Documentation Style Guide, and the guidelines seem
to suggest that 'junk mail' would be a better term to use in this case.
I'll just upload a quick change now.
