This keeps happening.
Is the fix supposed to have already reached automatic updates? Because
if that is the case, then the bug is not fixed

So's happening here is that indicator-datetime-service stopped for
whatever reason and wasn't restarted by the system. If the problem was
repeatable, we could try to figure out why it stopped in the first
place. Fortunately, Ted Gould's upstart coding this cycle has fixed the
restarting problem.
