* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
- 016-armhf-elf-header.patch: Use correct ELF header for armhf binaries.
- Support co-installability with gccgo-go tool:
- d/rules,golang-go.install: Rename bin/go -> bin/golang-go
- d/go

Is this a bugfix-only release, or will it introduce new features?
If only bugfixes, then being beyond feature freeze is not a problem. If
features, then we need a feature freeze exception from the release
