1. Go to System Settings > "Language & Text" > "Display language".
2. Look at the header.

What you see:
* The header background is mid-grey, making the text near-invisible.
* The text is the same size as the labels.
* The text says "Display lang…".

What you should see:
* The header background is the usual header color.
* The text is the usual header size.
* The text says "Display language".

** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
