Public bug reported:

Cheese used to start and work fine. I am not entirely sure when the problem
started. But now Cheese does not start.
$ cheese
The window doesn't load. there is an error (when starting from the terminal)
cheese: error while loading shared libraries: libwayland-egl.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

I have a similar problem with the User Accounts.

Some update borked this wayland library being linked correctly.
I am sure there is a fairly easy workaround.... but I would like it to be
fixed, and not happen to anyone else.
