I just added Also affects distribution/package: libreoffice-l10n-de
I do suspect, that the bug is related to the german translation.
On another computer, I installed libreoffice newly (under a fresh lubuntu
14.10) - an the formula bar (german: Rechenleiste) is ok.
Together with my previously
version now is
Version: 4.3.0.4
Build-ID: 430m0(Build:4)
bug still present, even after full remove of packages (purge) and
reinstallation.
For my work, the bug is severe: It is the main instrument of editing
formula
The new screenshot shows, that the formula bar (german: Rechenleiste)
