This is because XGL runs in an Xnest window. Xnest has it's own display
to which all applications of the desktop environment connect. However
because keytouch is not launched by the desktop environment it connects
to the display to which the Xnest window is connected and that display
has not
This appears to be fixed on Hardy as my apps are launching via special
keys with no problem (with the title bars and all).
