Actually spoke too soon, i used sudo aptitude purge sabayon I thought
it did, but realized it didn't purge/remove it all. I checked again
sabayon-admin there is nothing in that directory.

there was nothing in that directory. Somebody told me to delete the
empty directory sabayon-admin so just deleted it IIRC . then purging or
uninstalling sabayon was not an issue. I installed purged/uninstalled
sabayon now without any issues so but do remember being with that issue
for over 2
2.19.2-0ubuntu1 resolved the issue, now it purges correctly in aptitude
apt-get without an issue.
sudo apt-get remove --purge sabayon
