In fact, qtchooser should provide some kind of fallback when Qt4 version
of some tool is installed and a Qt5 version is not.

I had the same thing happen after I updated. I got into kde by linking
/usr/bin/qdbus:
/usr/bin/qdbus -> /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/qdbus
