To manage notifications about t
Being as the tab like header is going away soon this should not be a
blocker but a warning against the new header to not replicate the error.
It will also act as a way to remember to test the behaviour of the new
header to ensure it isn't reproducible.

Scopes scroll down till header goes seems to lock
The tab-like header is going away soon, we'd like not to spend time on
bugs concerning it. This one is also solvable by swiping to the sides in
the dash, so not a critical thing.
