I'm seeing this too upon upgrade to 16.04.3 LTS with Unity. This
appears to have been reported many times and marked as duplicate of

Have just recently changed from Ubuntu Xenial amd64 Unity 16.04.3 LTS to
Ubuntu Gnome Xenial amd64 16.04.3 LTS and have started having this "System
program problem detected" keyring error on start up (gnome-keyring-daemon
crashed with SIGABRT in g_assertion_message() ). Have already

gnome.keyring 3.18.3-0ubuntu2. This crash happens every time I startup Ubuntu,
but only for a week, I wonder what happened.
