lightdm logon background
To manage notifications about
editing the file in /var/lib/AccountsService/users/ only worked untill
the 2nd reboot so I gave up and edited the actual wallpaper it-self in
/usr/share/xfce4/backdrops/

In case any body winds up here I was able to remove the login wallpaper
by editing the file in /var/lib/AccountsService/users/
