Hello Andrew, or anyone else affected,
Accepted bpython into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bpython/0.12-1ubuntu1.1
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See
I've installed both bpython and bpython three from proposed, and I can
confirm that they both work as expected.
asb@asb-laptop:~/Desktop$ bpython --version
bpython version 0.12 on top of Python 2.7.6
(C) 2008-2012 Bob Farrell, Andreas Stuehrk et al. See AUTHORS for detail.
bpython from propsed is working for me as well.
