I only get this when messing with ~/.gnome2/keyrings
Could you have a look in the gnome keyrings manager to see what rings
are registered there? Could you also try to repeat your steps with a
fresh user account? Thanks.

Not enough information at this point to solve. I have never seen this
sort of problem before. Can you give more information about the problem?
Does it still exist? Did you remove your keyring? did you change users?
did the WEP key on the AP change? Please give more information and
change the status
