Came up with an error that states "Could not determine the upgrade",
along with some other text that also asked me to submit this bug report.

I've little experience with Ubuntu/Linux, and am a relative 'newbie' to
this all, but if I can be of assistance to try to resolve this problem,
I'll do my best.
