Had the same problem. After deleting /root/.texmf-config/ and /root/.texmf-var/ everything worked fine for me. I guess the problem is due to "getnonfreefonts" (-> fonts like Arial...) which must not be run using sudo. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs
