Public bug reported:

If FlightMode is enabled, and WiFi then activated, after reboot WiFi's
state isn't remember and it will be disabled.

Expected Behavior:
When FlightMode is on, the state of BT and WiFi ( which can be both be enabled 
when FlightMode is on ) should be persisted across reboots.

Device:
  mako running Touch image #302 with a valid SIM

Note, a later version of ofono was used for testing, but shouldn't be
required to test this bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot the phone
2. As root, add ofono-scripts to search path:

# export PATH=/usr/share/ofono/scripts:$PATH

2. Using the attached script ( rfkill-flight-mode ), verify that FlightMode is 
off
3. Run the attached script again, this time passing it 1, to enable FlightMode
4. Re-run with no arguments to verify that FlightMode is on
5. Using the network-indicator menu, enable WiFi and if ensure that WiFi 
connects to a known AP
6. Reboot the phone
7. Verify that FlightMode is enabled
8. Check the network indicator menu and notice that WiFi is disabled.
