Are any special steps required to use the ppa version? I've installed
it from the ppa (on jaunty) and restarted firefox but don't see the
extension listed in the add-ons. I notice other packaged extensions
create symlinks in /usr/lib/firefox-addons/extensions and wondered if
this was missing.
