* debian/rules: Corrected copy-and-paste error in previous release which
deactivated hpcups printer support completely (LP: #1315864, LP: #1311697).

That wiki makes no sense if you don't use gnome.
I've added the necessary files to the bug. Though I didn't get any
further previously than trying to print a test page when installing.
