Public bug reported: I always check the changelog of the packages before applying updates. Thus opening both the list of packages to be updated and the changelog part.
Recently I noticed on two machines running Xubuntu that it became impossible to resize the update manager window. Moving the mouse to the corner displays the resize mouse icon, but dragging the mouse just moves the window, which retains the same (too small) size.
