For RTM, the decision is that preview screens will display the same
header as other screens ie just Scope title or logo with no 'preview'

Even with the "[Scope Name] Preview" as a header we're getting too long
of titles in the header today. I think even just keeping [Scope Name]
as a header would be better then than having "[Scope Name] Preview"

This (having literal "App Preview" in the header) was an explicit design
decision that probably didn't make it back to the spec. Adding a ubuntu-
ux task, then.
