/media/cdrom0 is usually in the /etc/fstab, so the options given in /etc/fstab will be used for mounting. For the cdrom they are usually: user,noauto and as the user option imply noexec, this is the reason why /media/cdrom0 is mounted noexec. You can workaround this problem by adding the exec
