Hmm. I thought it might not be executing scripts that need shebang line interpretation, but having just compiled a simple c program that prints its args, and temporarily replaced /usr/bin/liferea-add-feed with it, I see that this doesn't get called either. iceweasel/firefox seem to be very broke
